The Royal Sonesta San Juan, Carolina

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the beachfront location is stunning and the pool area is beautiful, our room had a musty odor and felt a bit outdated. The service from most staff members was friendly and helpful, but we encountered a disappointing interaction at the front desk regarding housekeeping. Overall, it was a nice stay but not quite what we expected for the price.
