We had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the beachfront location is stunning and the pool area is beautiful, our room had a musty odor and felt a bit outdated. The service from most staff members was friendly and helpful, but we encountered a disappointing interaction at the front desk regarding housekeeping. Overall, it was a nice stay but not quite what we expected for the price.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The renovations have made for a nice aesthetic, and I enjoyed the oceanfront view from my suite. While the hot tub and pool areas were fantastic, the ongoing construction was quite disruptive. The staff showed kindness, but the service wasn't as accommodating as I had hoped, especially during our stay amidst the construction chaos.

The Intercontinental Hotel on Isla Verde really disappointed me during my stay. While I appreciated the beachfront location and comfortable room, the overall experience was lacking due to cleanliness issues and poor service. Although some staff members were friendly and helpful, others were quite rude, which overshadowed any positive aspects. For the price I paid, I expected much better, and I left feeling a bit let down overall.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a family birthday celebration, and while the location had a great view, we encountered some significant cleanliness issues in our room. The service was absolutely top-notch, especially from the staff around the pool. However, I was quite disappointed with the bugs and dust in the bathroom. Overall, while the amenities and staff were excellent, the cleanliness left much to be desired, making it less than ideal for a return visit.
